The staff and the host were both pretty friendly! the location here is stunning, it's close to a big old baptistery that looks medieval! the airport is about 30 km away, not too far! 🌟.

We had an exceptional stay! Bishnu, our host, was amazing - so kind and generous. He went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and even offered us popcorn on my birthday. The lodge itself is quiet, nice, and provides a personal and authentic experience. It feels like staying with a local family. The value for money is great, with delicious homemade food and a clean and comfortable facility. Bishnu's knowledge and passion for the jungle made our walking safari unforgettable. The location in the safari park and the experience of crossing a small river added to the charm.
Nothing, everything was great.

We had the most amazing time at this budget place! The owner, Bishnu, was an excellent host and guide. He had extensive knowledge about the animals and the area, making our safari experiences truly informative and enjoyable. The food at the lodge was absolutely delicious, especially for vegetarians like me. We also loved the location, away from the crowded tourist center, nestled in a quiet village. It felt like a homestay with friendly and welcoming people. it was an unforgettable experience!
The hot weather in September, which made the rooms a bit uncomfortable during the day. However, finding activities to do outside the lodge during that time helped alleviate the heat.

Chital Lodge was an incredible value for money, offering a clean and comfortable room in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. The staff, especially Bishnu and his family, treated me like a VIP, providing excellent service and serving delicious homemade food.
The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Real Jungle Life: Staying at Chital Lodge was like immersing myself in the heart of the jungle. The sounds of nature and the lush green surroundings made me feel like Tarzan in the famous movie. It was an experience I will never forget, filled with adventure and excitement.
Poor Access: The only downside of my stay at this unique lodge was the difficulty in locating it, especially during the night. The lack of proper signboards and the language barrier made it challenging to find the lodge.

My stay at the lodge was fantastic. The guided walking safari with the owner, Bishnu, was amazing. We saw rhinos, monitor lizards, and even a Bengal tiger. The lodge itself was clean and pleasant, and the food cooked by Saoru, another host, was always delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
